Rules

  • Open to USC students with an iMessage or Messenger group chat.
  • Add Cadence to 2 qualifying group chats and get $5 to your Cadence wallet after 48 hours. One-time per person.
  • Earn points by adding Cadence to group chats (1 pt), getting people to DM Cadence with your referral code (2 pts), and when those people add Cadence to groups (3 pts).
  • Groups must have at least 3 members (you + 2 others) with real conversation after Cadence joins.
  • Competition starts once 5 people have signed up. Runs for 30 days from activation.
  • Top 3 scorers win: 1st place $500, 2nd place $200, 3rd place $100.
  • Everyone with 3+ active groups is entered into a $300 raffle drawing.
  • Leaderboard updates live. You can keep earning points throughout the competition.
  • Fake group chats, empty groups, or gaming the system = disqualification.
  • Cadence reserves the right to modify or end the competition at any time.

Cadence is an AI that lives in your group chat. Add a phone number to any iMessage, Messenger, or email thread and Cadence joins the conversation — no app, no downloads.

How do I add Cadence to a group chat?+

Save (313) 807-4155 as a contact, then add that number to any iMessage or Messenger group. Cadence will introduce itself.

What counts as a qualifying group?+

A group with at least 3 members (you + 2 others) where real conversation happens after Cadence joins.

How do I get my $5?+

Add Cadence to 2 qualifying groups. After 48 hours of real activity, $5 is sent to your Cadence wallet.

How do referral points work?+

Share your referral code. When someone DMs Cadence with your code, you get 2 pts. When they add Cadence to a group, you get 3 pts.
